I am a huge fan of white paintings. I saw a piece by Agnes Martin at the Tate Modern Museum in London, and fell in love with it. It was simply white with a very light, perfectly drawn grid over it. It was so sure, and structured, and large. It made me feel peace.
A photograph does not do this justice. There are soft greens and blues, and I love the text peeking through. There is also some player piano music underneath, and I highlighted some of the indented dots in the paper.
