I started an interior design and architecture program a couple of years ago, but it proved too much to handle alongside my family duties. During that one semester of classes, I fell in love with the chairs designed by better-known architects. I decided to use some of my sketches for some minis.
This first one is the Womb Chair by Eero Saarinen. It was meant to be as comforting and surrounding as the womb. I happen to have one in my bathroom, and I love the modern look and relaxed feel.
