I saw this question in a magazine and tore it out to share. I just thought, if I were to ask myself this question before I entered a party, or a classroom, or a grocery store, for that matter, how would I show up differently? It may cause me to listen more and talk less, or notice someone who looks uncomfortable and start chatting with them, or ask them about themselves, or smile at someone who looks grumpy.
I sanded and tore this canvas a bit more than the others, then added a little glitter paper. And I made a point of impact with a pow cutout.
